"I went into this expecting the battery..."
I went into this expecting the battery to get me through at least a full ride, but it barely made it through one. Disappointing, especially since battery life was one of the main things I was counting on.

I did end up getting the part I needed, but it took longer than I expected to find it. Maybe I wasn’t searching in the right way or I was just in a hurry, but it felt a little harder than it should’ve been

"Works, but the quality was disappointing"
The bike rack showed up with some rough welds and a few paint chips right out of the box, which was disappointing. It does the job, but it just feels cheaper than I expected for the price. Support was fine once I got through, though I really hate having to deal with automated systems before reaching an actual person. Overall, it works, but the quality definitely let me down.

The bike itself seems fine now that it’s finally put together, and it rides okay so far. But the assembly? Absolutely not. The instructions were vague, a couple of the parts didn’t want to line up, and I ended up spending way more time on it than I expected. I went in thinking it would be a quick project and suddenly I was questioning every life choice that led me there. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a great experience either.

"For some reason, warranty support just didn’t respond"
I reached out about my warranty and, for some reason, my emails were ignored for weeks. I kept waiting for some kind of update or reply, but nothing really came through. Frustrating experience overall

"I had to return a bike part..."
I had to return a bike part I ordered from leoncycle.com because I totally picked the wrong size!! The return form was easy to fill out, and support got back to me after about a day, so that part was fine!!
The refund did come through, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would, maybe around a week after they received the item back!! Not perfect, but it was fair and there wasn’t any big hassle!! I’d order from them again, I’d just make sure to double-check the sizing next time!!!

The bike itself was fine, thankfully, but the box arrived all crushed and banged up. I felt a little pressured to check everything right away because the packaging looked so rough, but luckily nothing seemed damaged.

"Not sure it’s worth the money"
I ordered from Leon Cycle and the bike itself is okay, but I expected a bit more for the price. After a few rides, some of the parts and finishing touches started to feel cheaper than I’d hoped.
Delivery was fine and I didn’t have any major issues with that, but the overall value just didn’t really impress me. Not saying it’s a scam, but I do feel like I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
The bike took way too long to get here. I was waiting around without really knowing what was going on, because the updates weren’t clear at all. It did finally arrive, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating
